You don't have to want to give that package up, but that's relatively on-the-mark in terms of what his cost would be. Personally, I don't think that's even enough...but it's not an absurd proposal either.

Statiscally they still progressed under the severe odd circumstances, defense was lights years improved, top 10 team in goal differential in the toughest division, no telling where they would have finished under normal circumstances of an 82 game season with a natural schedule, also take into account a slow starting Mika because of Covid and Panarin taking a leave

Anyone on here want rick tocchet? He's pretty good and could be a good fit for you guys

Sorry for DQ and his staff. Would have given him another year to take it to the next level which would have been the playoffs. Personally, I like the idea of a Rick Tocchet. I think he did well with what he had in Arizona and believe he could be the right person to continue to teach and mentor but also push the vets! He was able to get Phil the thrill to move sp it should be realivley easy to work with Mika, Artie & Kreids. Strome, Buchnevich, Chytil will or should be part of trade (s) to bring in a top 6 center, not named Jack Eichel and a vet Dman. I still would call Dallas and see if they would part with Tyler Seguin and then make an offer for Jamie Olesiak. Just mu humble opinion. Now that DQ is gone, maybe the Eichel chatter will subside. He's a whining little girl who, like PLD & Patrick Laine, think because theyre talented players can dictate even after a contract is signed. That to me is his down fall and he's def a poor example of an NHL Capitan. No thx!

He did a good job in Arizona and I think he would fit well. Heard he may go to Buffalo but why when the rangers are so much better
