Just a few observations- Rathbone is a smart player with good poise when he has the puck he is similar to Hughes but has a bit of a mean streak. He's more physical for sure but he has done a good job of eliminating his check hard on the boards. I have liked the last two games from Graovac, imo he could be the 4th line center for next season and I would be fine with it. The 4th line played very good last night keeping the Oilers in their defensive zone and working pucks low. With the season being pretty much lost I have enjoyed watching Rathbone and Lind and I am looking forward to seeing if Gadjovich can keep up. This team is not as bad as they have showed, so seeing a few of the kids has been fun just to see what if anything we have. I think Lind is getting more comfortable he's finishing a few more checks and is willing to get into the sh!t with guys.

I would like to see Gadjovich play against NHLer's first, and I think Lind can do more in a middle 6 wing than 4th line. If Gadjovich can keep pace I wouldn't mind MacEwan Graovac and Gadjovich, the size on that line 10 mins a game would be fun to watch other teams deal with for once. On another note I think Mac is a monster and that punch to Nurse was the reason he pulled the chute he throws bombs and I think that he can help police some of BS that teams try with Petey and Quinn.

But you could call them the "message line" if they can angle off to hit their targets.

Would be nice to see some pushback from the Canucks. Maybe it will force others to employ the same tactics. NHL is so soft now, players hanging around during the summer. This league needs more Tom Wilson.

I don't think that line is that slow, they aren't fast per se but they are quick and can keep pace(again not sure about Gadjovich) but Graovac doesn't seem out of position often and I like what MacEwan brings. I look to Vegas and their 4th line they aren't fast but quick and they are heavy if the Canucks had that it would open up the top two lines for more opportunities against tired D.
