sometimes i will go back and forth between heat and ice because they say that doing that promotes blood flow and healing, but ice is really the only way i get any relief when it acts up. so for pain relief i just do ice during the day.

Yeah I'm not on the coaching certificate level. I'm not on the 4th line house league forward level. I'm not on the being proud of my 3rd place in a fun run when I was 8 level.

You're an old (frank)ing man who picks on a 20 year old kid who has already proven he's better than you in every way at the thing you love the most, think about that, you're essentially admitting how pathetic you are without knowing it. it's pretty random. i have a pinched nerve from some crushed vertebrae or some poop. i can feel it pretty much all the time but when it acts up it can get really really painful. i've had it where i could barely get out of bed before. i once had to do 3 epidurals in a couple months time to get relief. hoping to avoid that again.

there's an operation but the success rate is apparently not that high so they don't talk about doing it very much. if it'll work i'm willing to do it.

i have the botched hernia surgery and the vertebrae thing. pain in the front and the back! i should have handicapped tags and park up close to the building like old people!
