It's one of the healthiest things you can do, even just to give your liver a rest and a chance to clean itself up for a bit. Booze is both an upper and a downer and has a lot of depressing effects

I'm in the exact same situation, I really sympathize... with vaccination speeding up, we're closer to the end than ever, we just have to hang in there a while longer. Although the working from home is here to stay for me in an hybrid format but still 3 days from home, 2 from the office. Once we can have a social life though, we'll probably appreciate working from home.
