Girlfriend wants me to try not to drink for at least 2 weeks since I'm feeling a little down lately
She has a good point, it's just pretty (frank)ing hard.

No I've not mentionned that and you know why? Because for all the firepower the Leafs have, their power play success rate in the 25 last game is down to something like 6%. So it wasn't about running up the score, it was about trying to get something clicking, anything on the man advantage. I'm pretty sure that any coach of a contending team with a dormant PP so close to the playoffs would have done the same try to wake it up.

It's one of the healthiest things you can do, even just to give your liver a rest and a chance to clean itself up for a bit. Booze is both an upper and a downer and has a lot of depressing effects
