Nobody misses Freidman and soon the Pens won't miss him either, However it is the old story of a guy doing well against his former team. Anyway he is fringe and no loss for the Flyers. Losing Gost would have been a big loss, Flyers are lucky nobody claimed him in a financially tough time.

I agree to a point. You know me, I never thought Hayes was a good idea, especially at his price tag. If you trade Ghost for a similar player like Hayes, we’re talking about losing JvR or Voracek in the coming expansion draft, instead of losing ghost for free. I’m not a Ghost fan but he’s having a good season, at a reasonable cost and will help out Seattle’s PP in game 1. I’d take Ghost if I’m Seattle.

Should Farabee have dropped the gloves with Friedman? Which is easier, putting a guy in his place or scoring a goal? Which is quicker? You need an answer for these guys. You might even pump up your team in the process.

I don’t see ghost as someone that moves the needle, if he’s on the team fine but if he’s off that’s fine too. He’s not the offensive catalyst he used to be. I appreciate that he moves the puck up ice but he also finds himself doing one to many spins and cutbacks, turnovers happen, and he’s not great defensively . Let’s not pretend the PP was good this year.

Friedman is clearly pissed he was traded. Friedman was clearly not well received here. Friedman’s actions every game against us confirms our Suspicions....but we should have waived Morin instead? Someone make sense of this.

Tom Wilson pisses off Rangers. Rangers go after Tom Wilson and his team. Mark Friedman pisses off Flyers, Flyers...go after Friedman and anyone stand up for him. These are all recent events.

Friedman is a dime a dozen 6-7 defenseman. We have enough third lime defenseman. We’ve got potentially Zamia and York next year. Morin, although I agree doesn’t have as good of a shot as a career NHLer. I do believe he’s got a higher upside than Friedman. A lot of fans dissed Hagg, for all the struggles that our defense had, Hagg wasn’t one of them. Hagg is and will be better than Friedman
