Yea prob wouldn’t be good. My main point is that Buch was already a tough decision this off-season, and finishing the season with a few bad penalties leading to goals against and likely suspended could tip the scales. Not necessarily saying I don’t want him back.

He’s arguably been our most consistent forward not named Panarin this year. And he plays pk now. Better get a damn good haul for him

In terms of Buch costing them goals? Yes

Tonight might have made Buch a little more expendable. Not a huge fan of those cheap shots. Also really wonder the odds we keep the (likely) 14th pick. Thinking less than 50%.

I’m not happy to see JD and Gorton go, especially hearing Sather will be back in the mix. With that said I don’t think they built what they’ve built to go out and trade these kids for 35 year olds. Drury has my confidence as long as Sather isn’t getting the final say.
