Just waiting for him to get blamed for JD firing

For me the biggest thing is that for almost 2 well-deserved years we had the security of knowing what was going on and that there was a logical plan being followed. All of that was wiped away in the span of an afternoon. If Dolan can find reason to (frank) with what has been going on, what might he do next when things are less certain???

Didn't trust myself to comment for a while there.

Have to say, even though I was also calling for it the last couple days, I am proud of them for keeping their response above board. Cheapshotting their stars would have been satisfying in the short term, but would not have helped one bit toward changing the culture. 150 PIM's on a nationally televised game after publicly calling out the DOPS got noticed. No way it couldn't.
