I think the only responsible thing to do is - take a beer out of the fridge and examine it closely .. make sure it doesn't have any contamination... then shot-gun it.

You can’t clean a kitchen without a beer going.

That’s just science.

Ya, it would be tuff in some cases for sure. The cut and dry incidents, easy call.

You have to use track record and other factors.

But the point is, players would be soooooo reluctant to do dirty sh1t that there would be less and less infractions to have to examine.

Kinda like high sticking rules, so many less high sticks now. (that's a guess without facts)
