Montreal is 5-2 against Edmonton. Connor McDavid has been running amok in the North with points per game averages that are crazy against Winnipeg (2.4), Ottawa (2.3), Vancouver (2) and Calgary (1.8). He averages 1.1ppg against Montreal and Toronto.

I don't think Edmonton runs the table.

There's a bit of rock-paper-scissors in the way the North teams match up with one another. You'd hope Vancouver could squeak one win out, but I don't think they have it in the tank.

He's a grinder who has played 4th line on a lot of bottom feeders. If you don't notice him outside of a hit or a decent forecheck, he's done great.
