I definitely value Dumo more than MM, but I may tend to agree that MM has been their 3rd best over the last month or so. You can see the trickle down effect in the transition game from the d-pairs without him.

Yes. I actually Letang is a better player with Dumo there. Dumo may be one of the most underrated dmen in the league just because he's not a point producer or a bruiser.

There's definitely logic to some teams being better playoff teams than regular season team, and that may ring true for the Isles, but I just don't think they have that "it" factor they had last year.
