He is vastly underappreciated for how good he was during those two years because defense was treated like an optional skate
- Stripes77

You’ll NEVER convince him that the US goalie with the most career wins all-time was anything other than average
He just doesn’t like him

Maybe Miller wouldn’t take a pic with him back in the day??? 😂😂😂

Just trying to be like you
What was it u kept calling me the other day?
Was it “beady lite” or something like that?

Gotta LOVE your HYPOCRISY

you literally spend 6 months attacking him for how he acts, and them become a poorer version of weak takes

you say you never bring up politics, then bring trump up out of right field

you talk down on others in post, like my franco harris post, and then when the valid respond comes out, crickets

you make a freaking huge racist statement, and spend 72 hours denying it instead of saying you made a mistake

if you want to attack those on a regular basis, at some point enough is enough and you are going to get called out on every stupid thing you type

just like for a month, cried how the bills did nothing to fix the pass rush in the offseason

myself and others said wait til the draft, well guess what they addressed it

everyone is on edge lately, between covid and the sabres sucking, but constantly attacking others puts the big bull's eye right on your ass

I hope for this site's sake you take this with at least a grain of salt

but I expect an insult like you have been doing non stop to half the board over the last few months

being a 15th rank goalie for most of your seasons and having longevity in your career does not make you a hall of famer

would you consider frederik anderson a hall of famer if he plays like this for another 6 years

miller 2.64 gaa .914 save percentage
anderson 2.64 gaa .915 save percentage

he has a great year and was average the rest of his career

maf
luongo
rinne
price

rask
lundqvist

I mean barasso, vanbiesbrouck, moog, ozzy and vernon are not in hall of fame, with similar numbers and many have much more hardware

usa hall of fame yes, hockey hall of fame probably not

Miller is first ballot Hall of Good

Not HOF. I don't want to start the Osgood debate again but if he gets in then I'll lobby for Miller to get it in. I don't think either should though

he's average stat wise, glimpses of greatness and 1 hell of a season

ask any non sabres fans

nothing wrong

he had a nice career, played well, paid well
never had much competition behind him once biron got moved

I watched edwards and sauve and they would consistently be in the top third of goalie rankings

one year edwards got the bulk of the games, next year sauve did

sauve had back to back shutouts in the playoffs one year

if your under 40, the only decent goalies you have seen for the sabres was hasek, miller and to a lesser extent biron

I saw edwards, sauve, barasso, puppa and the only thing miller had over them was number of games played

on the ice pull a name out of the hat because other then barasso's rookie year or miller's vezina year

it's all the same

I don’t really care either way....
But there’s other guys in the HOF who have gotten in based off “career numbers” bc they played well for a long time

Marleau is going to be the poster boy for that. He's Sam Reinhart if Sam Reinhart played for 400 years

I'd put him ahead of those two and post-pad-size reduction Lundqvist.

Price was always overrated by the Canadian media imo and I never cared for MAF.

fair enough

I doubt if you add miller to that list half get in the hall of fame, which it would take for miller to get a shot
