I think a pick at interior lineman comes with the expectation that he plays C in 2022 to replace Morse's Cap hit...need a nasty mauler there to pair with Feliciano to improve the pass protection and run blocking from the center out.
Another player who can use 2021 getting practice reps and perhaps rotate in to spell Morse for several plays.

Like you said, should be interesting and fun to watch tonight as well

Agree with that, just think Lamp will beat out Ford

No. He develops year 1 and starts in place of Morse year 2.

What I love about Beane's roster makeup is that he walked into the draft without any significant holes to fill. Knowing he has low round picks in every round, he knew his best options were to pick up guys that maybe weren't ready to start tomorrow, but could be developed into quality starters if given time. He wasn't forced into 'the safe pick', low ceiling but ready to start today kind of guy. The guy, his team.. they is smrt.

Could be, I don't know Lamp at all, so I'm no one to give an opinion.

Ford had decent start I thought before getting injured. If Lamp is better, that would be great.

With Buffalo's loss last night and NJ and ANA winning it looks like Top 4 pick for the Sabres.

The other day I had 6-7 prospects and now will narrow it down to 5.

The kids I like

Powers
Berniers
Guenther
Eklund
Clarke

Well, Terry is obviously guiding them..and of course Kimmie is making the final decisions.

I listened to the Rousseau interview on WGR this morning. Seems like a very energetic guy who is extremely excited to be a Bill. They call him Groot, apparently, which is a fairly excellent nickname

Jayson Oweh wasn't picked, so I have faith that Beane kept Terry at arms length.

Calling my shot. The pick will be D1ckerson (IOL), Meinerz (IOL), Melifonwu (DB), Wade (CB)
- TheSabresTaco

will probably need to trade up for d!ckerson

wade will probably be there late in the 2nd round...very interesting choice as a slot cb who tackles like a safety but had a rough 2020 out on the island

2nd rnd pick 38th overall highly regarded coming out, unfortunately has dealt with injuries his first couple years, finally started all 16 games last year.
