Today we had the employees’ gathering meeting at work (virtually of course), remote working is here to stay. When we do go back to the office, we’ll be working from home 3 days a week and from the office 2 days a week. Think i’ll be happy about it in the long run but right now, I’m sick and tired of seeing no one lol

I hope we'll go with something similar here, that would be a perfect balance. I'd like to apply on new positions but I'm not very motivated to go through a learning curve while working 100% remotely... I find it's way easier to learn when people are actually in front of you

Oh yeah definitely, they rolled out a new IT program while we were remote working and deployment has been hard, people who are not very techie had no one to hold their hand lol
