Once the interest rates climb the demand will lower. The market will tank and equity will fall just like it went up.

Nope. Maybe depends on the area?

I've liked the Ehlers comparison. The actual best player in this draft will probably be drafted at like 25th OA.

I found 2 examples of the best player taken in a draft being the 25th or later overall pick since the 2004 draft.

The 2011 draft where Nikita Kucherov was taken 58th overall in the 2nd round.

Perhaps the best was the 2010 draft when Mark Stone was taken 178th overall in the 6th round. Stone exploded in scoring the 2 years after he was drafted, in the WHL (106 in 71 and 123 in 66).

You're talking Julian Fleming right? That guy has big things in store for him if he can stay healthy. Talk about a freak athlete.

Yep:
Out of catiwissa Pennsylvania.
Southern Columbia high school.

Met him briefly after one of the high school games.

Nice kid, smart and focused on school and football.

Penn state wanted him badly, james Franklin was really trying to convince julian to stay " home" and play.
Penn state runs too much, ohio state is a huge nfl reciever factory.

If you get a chance google his high school video. Ridiculous, look's like middle school kids trying to keep up with him. Also: a big track star.
