Yea. Time to use the playing time to see who's viable. Especially with decision on roster over the summer are definitely coming.

If Howden is on the roster next season stealing time from a prospect, I will lose my poop for good.

Oh I was just being facetious and starting the 3 month long capgeek links, hypothetical trades, offer sheets, signs, firing and hirings.

All I gotta say to this loss… Quinn can only do so much, he cant score the easy goals for them too. Twitter probably has a different thought on that.

I will say though they need to keep playing like theres hope for them because who knows what can happen. However, if Howden remains on the ice Im gonna be lit. Barron can do everything Howden does better.

We need some energy guys. Howden might be the worst Ranger to wear the sweater in 15+ years. I think Nathan Gerbe wore it better

Id argue the 3rd line with Kreider’s speed and Kakko’s great possession skills was quite good.

Never say never, once something has happened, you cant say it wont happen again.

The kids will improve, time and patience is needed.

I totally see what you guys are saying based on last night.
I feel like it's not hard to see finishing qualities in the way Laf and Kravy shoot the puck. Kakko I'm slightly more concerned about in this regard.
But, (in the opinion of someone who never played at any significant level) once they realize that no matter what level you are playing at you manage the pressures, big game or in-game, the same way that you have before internally, they will take huge strides forward.

I know people want to make themselves feel better by just blaming it on Quinn's usage and Brett Howden, but I'd be lying if I didn't feel concerned about both Kakko and Lafreniere's lack of natural finishing ability.

More so Kakko though
