Dozens and Dozens of Leafs fans trolling after victories.

Honest question for you as a ref, Are you seeing anything like this?

I frequent the Habs, Oilers, Canucks, Sabres boards. I don't see dozens, if any, Leafs trolls. Guaranteed though, after every loss, the usual suspects show up here.

- Aetherial

Firstly, hi Aetherial.

Secondly, there are plenty of Leafs trolls on that board lmao.

Nova scotia seems to have things in better order

waiting to see if Douglas ford has returned with vaccines yet

- senstroll

Wow. Huge difference in scope, geography, and burden of infection. ALL of these has a serious impact on logistics. If you can't see this, I don't know what to tell you.

Are you actually blaming Ford for lack of vaccines now? He is trying, The supply issue is 100% the federal government.

You might also notice they have off-loaded the responsibility for everything except the CERB and the Vaccine contracts onto the provinces. Must be great to not do a (frank)ing thing and blame everyone else.

I have no idea

why ontario didnt put all its time and resources into a central system to manage this poop...ill never kno.... wait...i have a suspicion

- senstroll

You are beyond stupid on this issue Senstroll; sorry.

Try some critical thought that does not automatically assume this is Ford/PC Party fault.

unfortunately we only knew for 1 year that vaccines would be coming..and we would need to do something with them in rapid fashion

who could see problems like this coming

- senstroll

Good lord.

You must be trolling now. There is no way you can be serious.

C'mon, there should be some sort of registry were you don't have to sign up to every drug store in a 200 kilometer radius.

Federal government

*print CERB cheques
*Make flimsy agreements to purchase a few hundred million doses

OK our work is done! Great half day of effort. We'll let the provinces deal with everything else and take all the criticism.

Start with taxpayers. If they can put me on a voter roll every time I fork over my cut then surely they can use that same information to triage and tentatively schedule me for vaccination.

DF is self isolating due to close contact. AND... getting paid while isolating, I'm sure.

The feds did a solid days work and left the provinces to clean up.

Yeah, blame them. In particular please compare a province that could do with one mass site in driving range of everyone, with no real outbreaks and shifting landscape for priorities to deal with.

There is a whole other layer in Ontario that is necessary, the Local health units, Pharmacies, Doctors different vaccines with different storage requirements etc.

Ontario.ca/covid --> Find out if you are eligible to book --> Enter your postal code --> Select your eligibility group --> follow the instructions.

Yeah, that looks horribly complicated. I mean, I took me about 20 seconds.

Oh, you couldn't get an appointment?

Maybe that is because there are not enough vaccines AND we can't be sure when others are coming. So you put yourself on waiting lists and you hope. That is what happens when we don't have enough vaccine.

Called my local Shoppers after registering online last week. They put me on a waiting list. 30 minutes later they called as they had a cancelation. I lucked out.

You know why you have to book every drugstore in a 200Km radius?

because there are not enough vaccines. Whose fault is that.

The feds not only failed to procure enough, they also failed to see that they were distributed to the provinces with the worst outbreaks.

Here is a question for you... why isn't there a federal registration system?

Well I was the dude that posted all the transsexual gifs all over hockeybuzz in 2015, so I was banned from this account for awhile. I know that the AVI change came before that, although I'm not sure why. I think it could have been a bet, but I'm not too sure. Just too lazy to change it.

In regards to that, I'm really not proud of doing that. It was incredibly immature and it wiped out a large percentage of the Oilers fan on this website.

Because the Provinces insist on having control of all health-related matters.

the feds weren't great in procuring enough vaccine but they're also not responsible for distributing healthcare to individuals

Not a fan of Trudeau, but at least he's trying.

I actually voted for Doug, that turned out to be a mistake ffs.

I'm sorry you're getting so upset about this.
I never said anything about them being to blame for the lack of vaccines.
My complaint is about the fact that there isn't a central registry.
What you sign up at 30 pharmacies and wait, and then there's buddy who just signs up and gets called 30 minutes later.
Yeah I guess that's the federal government for you.

Agreed.

EVERY health expert in Ontario (except his idiot Chief Medical Officer of Health) has stated that Ford has approached everything backward.
