it was masked, yeah. i mean, the bride and groom didn't have to wear them during their vows or anything, that would have sucked for them, but masks were mandatory. afterward we only had to wear them if we were up from our tables. you even had to wear one on the dance floor. they also had masks made for everyone and they were at the table where you grabbed your place cards. the mens ones were grey and the ladies ones were sparkly. everyone was pretty respectful, wore their masks, and it all went pretty smoothly.

oh, pat. i've come across a gin you have to try if you guys have it up there.

it's called nolet's. now, i'm a straight up juniper guy. i usually want my gin to taste like a fresh as (frank) christmas tree and i normally can't stand any of the perfumey or flowery gins. i have a bottle of that monkey 47 that everyone is always raving about and i can't even drink it. yuk.

but, this nolet's is different. it's not junipery, but it's still something awesome. it's just an explosion of interesting tastes all up in in yo mouf.
