Campbell 14 games, 11 wins, 2.24 GAA, .919 SV%

And speaking of trash:

Holtby 13 games, 5(!) wins, 3.44 GAA, .899 SV%

But let’s not let facts get in the way

Honestly, it was a feel-good win for a team that really needed it. Leafs prob didn’t take them as seriously as they should have. Here’s hoping VAN ices a competitive team next year, and gets back into the playoffs

- AxlRose91

Excuses excuses.... a team recovering from Covid after a long layoff, missing their top goalie and top Center among other key players..... beat your "Stanley cup Contender." Good luck in the playoffs

Each minute, Dogecoin has about 10,000 coins mined or roughly 5 billion a year. There's a reason it will never go that high, people need to buy 10,000 coins per minute just to keep the price where it is. Easy enough to do when it's trading south of fifty cents but even at $1 it becomes far less feasible.

Well, if you all started buying some coins, we'd all be getting richer

Kudos to the Canucks for scraping out a win. Holtby was unbelievably good and also unbelievably lucky at times.
I don't think Edler is a dirty player but he will get a couple of games for the knee on knee hit.
Please make the playoffs because there is no way you will win a 7 game series and I would like the Canucks as a first round matchup.

- Rang

Thx very much for that. I'm sure STL thought the exact same thing last year.

And since the Leafs haven't played 4-7 game series like ever in the PO's...I think you know what you have to look forward too.

Feel good win for the Canucks. They really needed this after a truly awful season to date. Holtby stood on his head, and single-handedly took the win vs a vastly superior team that dominated play, start to finish. Definitely a feel-good story, marred only by Edler’s dirty knee-on-knee hit. He’ll likely get 3 games, I would think
- AxlRose91

Best advice for you would be call Leafs head office and see if your top 6 can take out Andersson-Campbell-Rittich out to dinner. Then the conversation can switch to please make a fu*cking save in the PO's. Best.

Nothing. That's what I thought.

Okay, I lied about mowing the lawn during the game, I did it in the morning. By 4 I was sitting in 25 degree weather in our backyard with my wife and dog, enjoying tall vodka & sodas and some Buuba Rock.

We will see, we will see. Last night you had about 35% possession and got out chanced by a 2.5 to 1 margin, that's about right.

If you're good with pinning your playoff hopes on a 29 year old who has a whopping 78 games of NHL experience under his belt, hey, more power to you.

While we're doing comparisons, Holtby has 96 playoff games played with a .926 save percentage and a 2.13 GAA

I couldn't find Campbell's playoff stats, maybe you could provide them.

lol, I was trying to keep the stats current and relevant, but ok

No one is arguing that Holtby was good 6 years ago. Problem is that he’s pretty terrible today

But if you wanna throw aging out the window, we have Joe Thornton! Hart Trophy winner!

Same.

It's like wasting McDavid and Drai with goaltenders like Smith, Koskinen and Talbot

- dbot

I get he's no long term solution, but Smith is 15-4-2 with a 2.36 GAA and a .922 SV%. Talbot this year is 14-6-3 with a 2.42 GAA and a .922 SV%. I'm not sure what your point actually is here.
