Andersen with Toronto was playing 66 games in the regular season. But I guess you’re right, chances are all three goalies will just automatically suck.

Didnt say they sucked,I just said with those numbers I wouldnt count on it

Wouldnt count on it in the playoffs.
Campbell 0 playoff appearances
Rittich 1 playoff appearance 1 L
Anderson(with tor) 25 appearances 10-14 70 ga in those appearances.

Its ok, you don't have to worry about the playoffs this year for your POS team. But thanks for commenting about the Leafs potential playoffs.

That's true Jonesy...

Next game the Leafs will come out and dominate even more but actually win. Edler probably gets a fine or something lenient for his trouble. it'll be interesting to see who decides to take charge next game.

not sure what impact Foligno will have, but i'm sure he'll bring some more pound on the Canucks. Can't remember who, one of the commentators was saying not hitting or making the Canucks pay a physical penalty or toll contributed to them staying in the match.

hopefully hyman is ok.

Some perspective:

#Leafs have lost two (2) games in regulation since March 19.

So they've earned 21 of a possible 28 points in the last month, while tied for second-best points % in the NHL.

This isn't their best stretch of the season, but the sky isn't exactly falling either.

- Kristen Shilton (on Twitter)

That may be all true, but it still feels like a gut punch to get out-goalied (yet again!) and beaten by a team who apparently needed to be hooked up on IV just to get out of bed.

Haven't heard anything on Hyman, but if he's lost wouldn't that be ironic? We trade for a "clone" of sorts only to lose the real thing.

Perhaps we can hope against hope for the rise of Zombhyman?

Edler is a dirty player, has always been one, Samuelsson dirty. Personally would love it if the next game Sabourin is sent out after him and pulverizes him. Problem is if he really hurt him bad (for which I would do a happy dance) the old Bertuzzi rule might just come into effect. There is no revenge available here. We are dealing with a team going nowhere that hurt an important player with intent. Hopefully he is ok to go for the playoffs. The league will do nothing here, no spine. Wonder how Knucklehead fans would react if they were in a postion to be in the post season and someone took out Boeser or Miller's knee.
- winsix

Edler isn't a dirty player, he's made a dirty play on the rare occasion.

Hyman would be more like taking out Pearson, not Boeser or Miller.

Both goals Horvat scored were to the same spot. if you watch the highlights earlier in the game he went glove but Soup got it... the next two opportunities were short side blocker... teams are getting a book on campbell now.... he's leaving room by cheating to the far side or his positioning is just off a bit.

Hyman has 15 goals Boeser has 16, Miller has 9, Pearson has 6. Edler is absolutely dirty.

Surely between Campbell, Big Save Dave and Freddie we’ll have one guy plying ok, right Shirley?

... Hey, I just watched that movie this weekend with my son. He thought it was "OK", some minor humor. I realized that it didn't age too well, or I got too old.

Sure, one of them will be good, the problem is know which one before the game is lost.

Despite him not being perfect and riding him in the playoffs isn't ideal.

Andersen is the Leafs best goaltender.

It's not even close imo.

Now of course if Campbell goes on another tear or Rittich gets hot, you ride the hot goaltender to death.

But overall, Andersen is the one with the best track record.

Go look at some stats, idiot. Taking out Horvat would be a very close comparison, even moreso when you realize that Hyman is the only Leaf forward with some consistent jam to his game.

He is our second or third most important forward.

Well, in there defense the team has been off for awhile, but i was thinking more in terms of where they rank on the value chain for forwards... but you're right more like Miller I'd guess. Petersson and Boeser are the top two on the team and then its either Horvat or Miller amongst the forward group. So yeah, Miller. Maybe someone will take a flyer out on him in the next game.

if you recall i was hoping he'd get a beating.

For the most part, I agree.

Honestly, I am frightened to say that Campbell and Andersen look very similar.

Fine, then we fall back to "watch the games".

He is easily our 3rd most important forward, maybe second.

Leafs are the softest team in the league and we just lost pretty much the only guy who can fight through a check, or win a puck battle.
