my point is...why is Tinordi so frequently in a position to "go dangerously into the boards"... Players are checked as he was during both those plays constantly throughout the game. Neither one of those checkers (Hathaway or Tanev) are huge guys. It not like he was getting murdered by Wilson.

IDK im with Blackstrom2, i thought it was a pretty soft hit. Tinordi drew a penalty off Wilson earlier in the year, that i thought was pretty weak for a wilson hit, so i think Tinordi just has a fetish for diving into the boards

Tanev s hit wasn’t boarding. Tinordi was at least 10 ft from the boards, and Tinordi opted on his own to put himself on one foot off balance right as Tanev hit him. Good hit. Tinordi indeed has a fetish for diving into the boards. Player safety should stop coddling the wiener.

I always sous vide mine at 135 with a quick flash sear in cast iron but I think next time I’m gonna go straight cast iron for 1 minute on each side. I had a friend who over cooked it before.... it was still amazing lol. Dude for high and forgot it was in the grill hahaha

I usually shave that little nub on the bottom left of the ribeye and render that fat before cranking it up to sear. Sear it in its own fat but to be honest you don’t need to because the fender renders at something like 70 degrees so as soon as you drop it in it’ll start to sear and fry.
