Pens look slow and sloppy. All the shots in goal are in Tokarski's breadbasket.

Time to make it count on the PP.

I’ve only watched the last 30 minutes but this game would be a lot better with Tanev in it. Both teams are sleepy and he never is. Also I’m a pretty woke fellow but that gay mans chorus couldn’t sing for poop yesterday.

I guess Zucker learned to never assume someone should be at the point.

What a crappy way to end this Sunday. Made it too easy on Tokarski. Kudos to Buffalo they played well.

I really think Hall wanted to be a Bruin but they couldn’t afford what he wanted, so he took the money in Buffalo and tried to sink the team and not score so he could end up in Boston.

Would rather see Blueger on the 2nd line with McCann and Zucker. Carter isn’t terrible, but that 2nd line seems like it needs some energy to it

You’re crazy. That was the Pens best line for most of the game.

Would like to see Carter get rewarded with one soon.

Also, anyone else think Matheson has quietly solidified his game since playing with Ceci? Feel like his WTF moments are down

I haven't wanted to jinx it, but since you said it lol

Yeah. He's honestly looked much better. As much as I can't stand Pierre, he made a pretty astute observation that he's been keeping his feet moving more often as of late as opposed to standing too still which is what gets him into trouble.

That game was painful in many ways to watch
I have ESPN+, and they have Buffalo's feed. RJ has to be one of the worst play by play people ever. The camera people couldn't follow the puck if it was glued to the lens, my Hulu kept losing HD.

Oh, and the Pens gave me the eerie sense of the Habs post season, but not playoff, series last year...

People need to relax. Even if the Pens drop a game to NJ over this stretch or lose to Boston, etc... everyone needs to chill. This team should not be judged until they're healthy.

No effing way, keep Rodrigues with Blueger. These three games are the most offensive zone face-offs Blueger has seen in two years.

I think there's a chance we see the following when everyone is healthy if the Carter line continues to play well...

Jake-Sid-Rust
Bleuger-Geno-Kap
McCann-Carter-Zucker
ZAR-Gaudreau-Tanev

I know you'll all say no, but the fact that Blueger has been practicing at wing at points, I think this is something they're mulling over.

Pens PP is 9th overall now...that's pretty incredible considering where it was earlier the season and especially when factoring in the loss of Geno.

Does anyone else think there needs to be some sort of provision to protect against the same players being "boarded" for game misconducts in a year. Like how many times can Tinordi get boarded 8 feet away from the boards before the NHL says something. Dude gets touched near the boards, and actually dives into them.

I can't imagine anyone figuring out what Sullivan has for a long range plan. He is mixing things up and placing players in different roles. That was a knock on him by quite a few people here. So that is good.

Yeah, and I'm sure he'll shuffle things around quite a bit until/if the Pens are 100%.

Sullivan can afford to do it, he has quite a few guys having phenomenal years. Not to mention the pleasant surprises of Zohorna and Angello.

The coaching changes have certainly helped.
