New Rocket League season, they decided to put more people in Plat, Diamond and Champ. I'm now Diamond II.

Nashville screwed themselves. They lost Suter the year before and had a full year to negotiate with Weber. They lowballed him, allowed him to get to FA and let another team negotiate his contract for them.....thank god they matched

Nashville lost Suter the same year the Offer-sheet for Weber came. Sure they should have taken the draft-picks, but I would not be surprised if there was pressure from the owner to keep at least one of their star D-men.

And don't forget that Recapture Penalty did not exist when Nashville matched.

Rules were changed AFTER Nashville matched the Offer-sheet. IMO should have been applied going forward.

I'm sure Nashville owner left that BOG meeting fuming. And I really don't get how the rules were set up to make it worse for Nashville the longer Weber plays. Would have thought it would be the opposite.
