So you'd prefer Rielly leave his man and go after Gaudreau? - AdamFrench
As a Flames fan, I am happy with his decision. The backchecking forward went after Lindholm and Gaudreau was wide open. Reilly had his back to Gaudreau and respected only the shot not the pass. TOR is going to win the division, but plays like that lose games.

Problem is that the collapse comes too late for Dubas to sell assets at the deadline - Canada Cup
Pridham will figure out a way to get more players this year. |

FFS, that goal made the sports highlights real last night in Argentina and Botswana.
We got a point. That's enough to tighten the screws a little on the Jets and Oilers.
Move on. Focus on Thursday's game against the Jets. - Atomic Wedgie
non of this matters to what i said.
im not bothered they lost in OT. wasnt specifically commenting on that play alone

as a leaf fan, I was disappointed with the lack of fight they had. Tkachuk snows Rittich, no one does anything. Tkachuk pushes and bumps players after the whistle, and the leafs just have a blank look on their face. They want to be a playoff team, they got to get some of that pissed off attitude going. |

He's doing his drama queen thing where he's overly sarcastic in bashing players with the belief being that it takes away anyone else's ability to be critical of their play. 🤷🏻♂️ |

Leafs, on a back to back, played a decent playoff styled games without some of their playoff guys and lost in a non playoff gimmick to a rested team fighting for a playoff spot.

FFS, quit ignoring the downward spiral.
They are 9-1-2 over their last dozen games! |

Glancing up at the time on the jumbo tron for the end of the game that much can really strain the neck. |

Well the team doing all the things you just mentioned is not a playoff team, while the other is.

I know we've had this discussion before and it has never really hit, but being critical of a players (frank) ups does not have to be cleared through you to have merit. |

If everybody doesn't collectively overreact after a loss, can the Leafs ever be the best again?
Nobody really knows what would happen |

How am I demanding permission? I just find the angst amusing. Same question applies, why do I need your permission to find light and laughter wherever I can can in this dark, depressing world? |

If you are playing two offensive stars in 3v3, it might be a etter idea to use a more defensive D-man like Brodie. He won't get many OT goals, but he so rarely gets so far out of position in OT to cause a goal against. - Traveldude
It's 3 on 3 hockey. I don't really give a poop if someone missed an assignment in an absurd mini-game that has zero relation to playoff hockey. |
