Jones may not want to re-up there. Lot of other guys have already asked out. If that's the case, then they'll probably try to get something for him this summer or at the next TDL before losing him for nothing.

Jones is pretty good, but he's probably gonna ask for Drew Doughty money. Anybody here comfortable paying him 9-11M AAV?

Wonderful.... the only recent Selke winners that are true #1’s Bergy kopitar datsyuk. All of them had 100 point seasons. Multiple season in fact. Coots is definitely in that group defensively. Not even remotely close offensively. Coots would be in selke consideration as our #2 center. Point is he’s not a #1.

I would have that talk with Giroux. If he’s willing to go to Seattle I think they’re could be a nice trade worked out where we get Seattle to pick up a D man and flip him to us along with a pick or something.

Bergeron has never broken 80pts.
Datsyuk's the only one to have come close, but he never topped 100 either.

Hoping Frost can pass Hayes on the depth chart after a year of experience. Couts is a great #1. He is a play driver, almost doesnt matter who he is playing with.

Please provide examples of what he can do. A march down Broad Street holding a banner? Resign his position? Write an angry column?
