No, Couturier is not a franchise player. - MJL
But Failed Mac was a Top 4 D on all NHL teams. 🥳 |

Wow, why would we ever want an owner that wants the team to be relevant? Who wants an owner that wants to spend money and get great players? You're right, we should be seriously concerned that the Flyers might go back to WINNING!! - jd250
I'll explain it to you further since it escapes you. It's not about wanting to be relevant that is the issue. It's how they want the team to become relevant. It's all encompassing. It's not looking at one part of what is said. It's looking at it all. That was made very clear to you in making the statement that they want it to go back to the way Holmgren ran things. I don't have any faith that Dave Scott understands the NHL today and how things need to be done. I don't have any faith that he is not going to push some strings and put pressure on Fletcher. As if there isn't enough on him already.

Haag or Morin. - MJL
I have liked Hagg's game since he came back. I would have to go with Morin if there was no choice.

I don't have to insinuate the Flyers have bad players, their record speaks it for all to hear! - jd250
I understand the difference between having bad players and just having a bad team.
By the way, the Flyers record puts them in the middle of the pack in the NHL. Currently 4 points out of a playoff spot. Despite the horrendous play in the last month and a half.

So do I and honestly both, although Morin in low ice time and a short sample, are playing better than Myers. I just think the focus now should be on improving the young players for however many games are left.

This was addressed to black member of our board. This piece of poop constantly harasses a selected target and makes personal attacks and suggestive posts against other posters family members. He is a habitual line crosser and repeat offender on his 4-5th account. I cant believe you havent banned him by his IP....get it the (frank) together - KINGKENZO
You forgot to add that he’s one of the biggest “genius’s” on the board.

Maybe we see Braun get a rest here and there. Maybe against the Devils.

Folks try and pretend team speed is not an issue but how many odd man rushes does this team get caught on that end up being nothing because they can’t keep the distance from the defender |

I think it has way more to do with them not moving their feet and effort. They do a lot of waiting for the puck to come to them while other teams are skating to get it.
