brings back memories of my teenage years. we would go out to a club on Park (Full Moon) and grab some bagels on the way home at 3. none left if the bag way before getting near the house.

I was doing daycamp counselling/assisting a girl who was a paraplegic one year in my youth, and St.Viateur was right across the street. I had HOT bagels all the time, no butter, schmear... Nothing. So damn good. I miss Montreal

Win the next 2 against Calgary and put them right out of it, maybe start resting Weber, Perry, Staal and others after that

Statistically VAN has a higher chance of making the playoffs than CGY but if we win our games in the next few weeks we are good

Nice Avatar...

Vancouver players are actually sick, a large chunk of them and have been off for awhile. Like Buffalo at the beginning of the season, they'll have a difficult time finding their game once they resume, no chance the Canucks move ahead of the Habs

I recalled back in the day Larry Robinson can fly to FLA to rest and get recharged and come back before the playoffs doesn’t happen anymore these days even without covid

Would be nice to have the luxury to sit those 3 and anyone who may have nagging injuries for a few games down the stretch

That's what they are reporting, lots of symptomatic cases... just like Buffalo earlier, really derailed their season... I don't see the Nucks fighting off the virus and the rust of being off, coming back playing teams in full playoff mode and going on a run

So Bergy really tried to bring DeAngelo in? Not sure what to make of that.

I don't know if there's any truth to that but.... if you start adding up all the guys bergevin "wanted" over the years but didn't manage to sign, we'd have on the team:

Lucic, DeAngelo, Gardiner, Duchene

Yikes.

Calvaire, je peux pas croire que Bergevin se soit réellement intéressé à un gars aussi problématique...

Not complicated. He sees what we all see is missing from the d core and his job is theoretically on the line. Clearly the move of a desperate man and shows how hollow the concept of CHaracter really is
