Blake is a good example...he shot 13% which was well above his norm...scored 40..then signed with the leafs and it all corrected and he shot 4%

the next season all was back to normal and he scored 25 goals on 8%


Hall is a decent playmaker..he should be fine in Boston

Leafs go 18-4-2, then 1-6-0, and now 9-0-1.

That is quite the roller coaster year.

the 1-6 run they played really well also, with some decent goalie'in, they could easily have went 6-1

but then they would have been 33-5-3

So question

I'd stick with what they got / paid for.

Hall will want more $ to resign than they can afford and if Mikheyev can find his scoring touch again he would be a bargin at 1.6 next year.
