Good point... but are we really expecting him to be scratched? |

YES!
if Tatar was, I don't see why he couldn't be. |
|
|
|
He's not good. He's not bad. He's Jon Merrill.

Absolutely well said. Maybe shouldn’t have rushed Mete, but it is what Bergie is lol |

He will be scratched I will call DD.
I say he is also better than Byron and Lekhonen, he is not necessarily physical but he stands his own |

I agree.... but I'm not expecting it |

That’s what happens when we have like $18MM tied to Price and Weber - habs88888
Well said |

Armia? I think both Byron and Lehkonen are more useful to the Habs than Armia |
|
|

I'll give it to MB, Merril is exaclty the type of player Habs needed. I mentionned it again last night. yes a better player would have been nice (top4 instead of 3rd pairing), but he is still the type of D they needed. - fidopro
Yes, Merrill is what Habs need circa 1978 LOL |

Lekhonen is more inconsistent than Armia looking at how many open nets he miss. Byron with his contract and his concussion issue would rather have Armia |

He's actually pretty reliable, not flashy but dependable and most have never heard of him, you know underrated? |
|

Merrill maybe a good partner for Romanov as he can teach him a few things hopefully - habs88888
Teach him to be a #7? Does that education take long? |

Lehkonen brings more speed than Armia, is a better penalty killer, a better forechecker fits the system better and Armia can't stay healthy |

Well the new guys are producing as expected. Bergevin did a good job last summer overall.
It's the guys that were already here that aren't pulling their weight. - Scabeh
Exactly because they just were not very good maybe |

Armia can put the puck in the net for PK we have enough bodies that can get it done, I would have agreed with you with Lekhonen a couple of seasons ago |

He can but he doesn't... and again, can't stay healthy... Armia is like Turner Stevenson |

Agreed 3rd pairing in a great team up front which Habs are not. He’s a #7. But ok |
