I feel Hextall and Burke are much better stewards about our future. If this was Rutherford... I would have been nervous when I read about POJ

Meh, Foligno never really impressed me. If they gave up a 1st, that's overkill IMO.

Toronto, like most of the teams in the Canada division, is defense. Its fine because none of them have it in the division... but I think they are going to get thumped by any of the teams outside of Canada's division.

Carolina, Tampa, Colorado, and Vegas are all the favorites. The East has 4 good teams in it, Canada's division is a lot of exciting offensive players, but no real complete teams.

I'd put the Panthers in the same tier as the Pens/Caps/Bruins/Islanders.

I dont like the playoff format this season. I get why, even though the USA teams could play each other, we couldnt have 3 divisions play amongst themselves and Canada play within their division. I just think it'd be a lot of fun to see 16 teams who never played each other all season all of a sudden have to play a 7 game series.

EDIT: Minnesota has been interesting this season. Billy G has put some good work in so far.

In terms of fitting the Burke mold, I like max comtois
