Agreed. And hope Farabee snaps out of it. Heβs clearly frustrated with himself lately. - funmaster18
He's had a good season. Very disappointing to see Vigneault move him down and bench him at times. Farabee has played well the majority of the season and the first rough patch the coach demotes him. I generally like Vigneault, but he has a selective doghouse. |

Nice pass by Patrick there, trade him quick! - jd250
I've been trying to focus in on Patrick's play. He doesn't seem to have great puck handling skills. I've seen others write that he succeeded in juniors by being more physical then others. Looking back at the pre draft scouting it was said that while not as good as McDavid or Matthews that he will probably be an elite number one center...wow...cannot believe that the hockey experts could have been so wrong. I understand why the Flyers are reluctant to trade him. Could it be that he just needs an additional year to put his injuries and migraine issues behind? |

You think Lindblom is a 4th liner? - funmaster18
I remember Wings had Kris Draper on the 4th. |

His lineup decisions have been puzzling for sure. I get it once in a while to send a message or try and get something going but he hasnβt allowed some of these guys to get any consistency going. Only thing that makes any sense to me is if guys are blatantly ignoring direction they are being given and heβs sending a message, but with how often heβs been doing it, it feels more like desperation. |

The only good thing you can say about Patrick this year is he's stayed healthy.
I wasn't expecting that. I thought if he was able to stay on the ice he'd play much better. He's been awful.. |

If heβs still here next year Iβm giving him the first quarter of next season to see if after a full year and offseason back from missing so much time helps. If not Iβm ready to move on. |

Gentlemen,
1. It has been repeatedly shown that Hydroxychloroquine (HDC) is not just ineffective against Covid, it may worsen Covid effects. There have been dozens of studies. The matter is settled. The FDA has withdrawn its authorization.
2. There is no such thing as an 'experimental vaccine.' Once a vaccine is approved, the experimental part is over.
3. The reason vaccines take a long time to develop is not because it takes a long time to test its effects. It is because of financial and administrative delays. The vaccine effort was seriously fast-tracked and received funding that was thousands of times more than usual. No medical short cuts were taken.
You can read all about the trials and testing of tens of thousands of people for each of the vaccine development efforts from here: https://www.idsociety.org...earning-network/vaccines/
4. Half of the US has been vaccinated. Not a single pattern of death or serious side effects from vaccines has yet been established.
https://www.cdc.gov/coron...afety/adverse-events.html
You are 3 of the biggest idiots on this site, which is saying a lot. If it was just you, I would never have bothered. But a lot of people get their info from social media. So I will say this:
Not getting vaccinated at this stage out of choice is like driving drunk. In fact your chance of dying or killing someone else from a drunk driving accident is far lower than dying from Covid or killing someone by infecting them.
You may still choose to do what you like. But please stop displaying your stupidity in public. Its like wearing a t-shirt that says:
"Gee, I love to drive drunk and take the risk of (frank)ing up the lives of others because I love my uninformed liberty" - PT21
PT, I donβt know why you bother. Itβs not like any doctor would prescribe HDC prophylactically for COVID now. |

I agree. Trading him now you aren't going to get much in return. Might as well see what he has with the benefit of a full training camp/normal practice and game schedule. |

Iβm trying to look past the #2 pick thing. At this point I have zero confidence he will end up anywhere near those expectations, but if he can show he can be a solid player still Iβll be happy after what weβve seen so far. And he should be cheap for a little while longer so Iβm hoping he can turn it around next year. |

This is why I hope they hold on to him for at least one more year...your not getting poop for him anyways...heβs been a major disappointment, true. But whatβs it cost you to protect him ?
Giroux
Hayes
Couts
Konecny
Lindblom
Patrick
Maybe a signed Laughton
plus 3 d- Myers, Sanheim, Provy.
Seattle ainβt taking JVR or Vorecek.....and if they did Iβm sure the Flyers could use that $ to improve.
So you lose....Hagg? NAK ? A signed Morin? A vet like Braun?
Iβm for change....but you donβt give up on the young players.

I'd sign on for a 40-50 point two way center at this point. At the time he was drafted those projections would be a disappointment, now they would be a miracle. |
