Here is a serious question for Bill:

To your knowledge do the Flyers ever game plan against a specific player any more? Your blog alludes to how certain players just utterly eat us up game after game. I know they plan for line vs. line, but I'm talking about like the old days when Bundy would shadow Jagr, for example. It seems like using an NFL-like "spy" against certain players could only benefit this team when some guys are scoring at a ridiculous clip against us.

Fletcheris a boring stiff wearing a Adidas costume as suit. Absolutely sedated.

I think Couts used to be that Spy. But he's proved far more valuable in his expanded offensive role. I don't think they really have anyone else to fill that role right now

Flyers need to forfeit $10k into a "no shoot" jar and see who owes the most at the end of the game

There's less line matching in the RS than playoffs but, yes, prescout meetings are for the purpose of knowing the tendencies of certain lines and players.

- 2Real

Flyers doesn't get great value or good things in life.

Good scouts and GMs look beyond just what's going on with a player right now. Myers absolutely has trade value with his physical tools and still being young.
- bmeltzer

Didn't say he has no value; said hasn't done his value any favors with his play this year.

Have the players get on a HCQ regimen and get on with life.
- bird_dog_pa

HCQ is all that they need! Much safer than the experimental crap they're injecting people with
- Bob Habib

:Yes, only 65 million prescriptions have been given out over 60 years. We have no idea how it will effect people. But an experimental vaccine developed in 1 10th the time any other has been developed is completely safe.

- Letterkenney[sarc]

Gentlemen,

1. It has been repeatedly shown that Hydroxychloroquine (HDC) is not just ineffective against Covid, it may worsen Covid effects. There have been dozens of studies. The matter is settled. The FDA has withdrawn its authorization.

2. There is no such thing as an 'experimental vaccine.' Once a vaccine is approved, the experimental part is over.

3. The reason vaccines take a long time to develop is not because it takes a long time to test its effects. It is because of financial and administrative delays. The vaccine effort was seriously fast-tracked and received funding that was thousands of times more than usual. No medical short cuts were taken.

You can read all about the trials and testing of tens of thousands of people for each of the vaccine development efforts from here: https://www.idsociety.org...earning-network/vaccines/

4. Half of the US has been vaccinated. Not a single pattern of death or serious side effects from vaccines has yet been established.
https://www.cdc.gov/coron...afety/adverse-events.html

You are 3 of the biggest idiots on this site, which is saying a lot. If it was just you, I would never have bothered. But a lot of people get their info from social media. So I will say this:

Not getting vaccinated at this stage out of choice is like driving drunk. In fact your chance of dying or killing someone else from a drunk driving accident is far lower than dying from Covid or killing someone by infecting them.

You may still choose to do what you like. But please stop displaying your stupidity in public. Its like wearing a t-shirt that says:

"Gee, I love to drive drunk and take the risk of (frank)ing up the lives of others because I love my uninformed liberty"

Clarkie making some good points about how adding a player at the deadline doesn't work out quite as well as you may hope a lot of the time.

Why do I have the feeling that Sanheim won't be a flyer come draft day? Just hearing some things and his name is always involved.

Well something needs to happen.
Lindblom scratched and Raffl RW on top-line is also rather unusual
