Seeing some Dallas games this season - they're a SC contender.
Tough division as well, and as said - they've missed 3 key players for almost the whole season. - MaximusAurelius
Many strongly disagree, including bookmakers who generally have Dallas staked at <35% to make the playoffs and <3% to win the cup.
This offers a real opportunity for you if you are confident. |

They’ve already said their main thing is forward,so by trading your top chip for something that isn’t top priority isn’t smart.
A 1st (even if late) for a Ufa dman who would be your 5th best dman is overpayment - burn
Savard would be 2nd best d-man after Rielly. |

Freddy is done. Leafs are lying to us - RogerRoeper
Downplaying the severity of the injury is just smart, if he admitted publicly he was done for the year the price of goalies would go up dramatically. |

The only question is whether they use his LTIR $5M for trades or find the $ somewhere else. They have $5.8M to add now.
He also hasn’t started skating yet, so there’s that. - Canada Cup
Not sure if this is of any help, but I posted this on the last blog an hour ago:

Took some time but we got it
To max LTIR relief the #Leafs recalled Marincin and Hutchinson which got them $26,973 from the limit.
The club then placed Andersen on LTIR giving them an LTI Salary Pool of $5,000,000. They then acquired Nash
Nash is not on LTI as of yet

$26,973 is a very impressive capture number for a 2nd LTIR stint near the end of the season!
These moves prior to the trade maximized the clubs LTIR relief |

Might actually do that, 66/1 seems like very interesting odds.. |

Eh!!
Rielly might not even be their best dman.

I'd do it Max. This Has the St. Louis vibe of a few years ago. Go on a run, just sneek into the show and ride the momentum to the Cup. Just saying it sounds so familiar to me... |

Yeah, that’s how the smarty pants boys with the thick glasses made it work. I’m sure they’re all set for the next move

Still better than adding a guy like Brendan Smith for a 5th (which I expect the type of move leafs will end up making unfortunately...) - MaximusAurelius
I predict Del Zotto 🤨 |

Why Foligno to #LeafsForever for Nylander is a home run for both teams. Nylander is a rebuilding option to give you 20+ goals, a PP guy. Foligno is not as talented hands-wise as a pure goal scorer, but gives the Leafs grit. Jumbo goes to 3rd-line center, w/Foligno and Spezza. 🏆

Leafs can keep Willy and add Foligno. They can even play on the same line together. 😉 |
