In many ways the flyers are just as disappointing given that they have talent. That franchise also has a ton of issues - they shouldn't be laughing at anyone.

To be fair the Staal trade was a worthwhile gamble. We gave up a scrub winger and it didn't work out for either team. As for the other stuff...

That was a little bit of timing. MAF was horrible last year, and VGK brought in Leher to start.

Lehner save percentage was a 91.8 in chicago, and was much better in NYI while playing for a good team.
