They would have lost had Bishop been in net

They may very well have. Not sure I'm following your point?

you know how I would love to see Drouin traded, but I wouldn't trade him for Hall. even one for one, forget the picks. (frank) Hall.
I would make your trade though (Drouin a 1st and a 2nd) for Perron and Dunn

- fidopro

I'd do that also.

I was thinking if Price would have been healthy we could have gone to the finals that year.

Don’t think STL will trade Perron, he is not a UFA after this season I don’t believe

A better LW winger still in his prime who put up good numbers with a bunch of poop teams and offloading a bad contract at the same time. I don't know why everyone thinks it's crazy, but whatever.

Because Taylor Hall’s speciality is winning the draft lottery, not the Stanley Cup, that’s why . He doesn’t go in the dirty areas either and doesn’t play with that much heart, i’d say that’s why, it’s why I wouldn’t want him anyways.

he has 1 year left (after the current one)
they also have Hoffman who is a pending UFA

I like that Pezzeta jumped straight on Clune after he came out of the box, one does not touch our prized rookie.

to me he lost all credibility when he decided to sign with BUF.
a player like him, who has a chance for the cup, wants to sign for 1 year only.... and goes to BUF?!? he deserves to stay there for ever

He chose Buffalo because they had the cap space and he wanted a Covid waiting room, hoping there would be more money available this year, obviously that’s not happening, looking forward to seeing what kind of paycut he ends up taking.

Hoffman is more likely but the question is do we want him on our team based on his previous issues with EK

if it was me, I would have signed for much less, 4M, 5M... but on a cup contender. these guys don't need more money! he problably already made over 50M in his career.
a Stanley Cup though, that you don't have a chance every year. and certainly not in BUF. he had a free shot, wasted it for a few bucks.

That just tells us what his real goal is, it’s all about the money, doesn’t care for winning really

exactly, that's why I wouldn't trade Drouin for him. and you know how I love Drouin.
