Caufield makes a difference in any close game, don't make it sound like they've been getting destroyed every night... before last night's fiasco they lost back to back one goal games to the 2 best teams in the division, outshooting them both... a natural goal scorer would make all the difference, especially one so dangerous from one specific spot on the PP

I like that thinking

They are not getting destroyed but they are getting shots mostly from the outside, unless you get more PP or dangerous scoring chances it will not make a major difference with Caufield, it may help them win a round

Caufield is the scoring chance on the PP, park him in that dot, after he fires a couple in from there, teams will start leaving other options open, the threat from his office on the PP will make all the difference

It's not false, I understand why people want to contain their expectations, I've been a die hard fan of this franchise long enough to understand disappointment after such a build up, but this kid is for real, he will score in bunches, right away and that, I will put my Hall of Fame HB career on the line for... I dont care how small or young he is, the nets are the same size and he's probably the best goal scorer in the organization already

That would work if we take less PP than other team, teams will also learn to double team him more and block the passing lane but I am eager to see what will happen and if other guys can put the net in if that happens
