They are 5v5 monsters, 3v3 OT and the shootout are holding them back - none of this is an issue in the playoffs.

I think it’s more that they’re just a mediocre team. Their last 3 games were against good teams and they couldn’t compete. Not sure Gallagher changes the outcome of any of these losses.

not necessarily change the outcome, but at least bring some sort of spark and perhaps give them the motivation to try and fight their way back into the game. tonight wasn't mediocre, it was simply pathetic.

as long as VAN and CGY do not win, Habs don't have to either.
