the next 2 months are critical. the variant is stronger... until most get vaccinated, need to remain vigilent and follow the guidelines.
but once everyone is vaccinated (June, early July) we'll see a big big difference.
easy to let go now, it's spring, nice outside, elderlys are for the most part vaccinated... young adults must remain prudent.

I have a co-worker who had covid during christmas break, when he came back to the office, he had an "I'm invicible" stance because he had it. That's not how it works. People who are vaccinated can still catch covid and give it. That's why we must remain careful, as long as those who want to get vaccinated didn't get their 2 shots.
As for the others at that point, if they want to play hunger games, well be my guest.
