If a bad bounce gave Perry all that time in close, than I still wouldn't fault Campbell.. Perry didn't forget how to score, he's made a career of it

I agree, nice fake. I guess I’m now a Campbell wife.

- PatC80

But stoppable. Not 100% weak, decent fake by Perry, but Campbell got caught falling for it.

(Since I rag on Fred a lot, not fair that I don't criticize Campbell for his weak-ish goals. Fred with 15ish, Jack with 3ish)

Every goal is stoppable, for the most.

Not going to get into name calling and soft goal debate today. 🤣

Think you gotta be 55+ to get it. I'm almost 40 and would probably pass even if I could. I'm of the why go there when there's other options that don't have blood clot stuff tied to them variety. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Just got an email from ticket master - about the tickets I bought for the Roger Waters concert. I was offered a refund (they've had my money for over a year now) or my tickets are still good for the concert scheduled now for July of 2022. Holy (frank) how much free interest are they going to collect? I know my measly $800 is a drop in the bucket but really!
- winsix

Damn, 1 of my fav concerts...but I was also about 15 feet from Waters 😬

The league rejected Freddy's new puck concept, here is a leaked photo of Andersen's new puck design

That first goal....

Spezza and Kerfoot literally standing still, then both dmen covering the same guy in front

To conclude... Spezza Kerfoot and Dermott were at fault. Perry had all day and made a nice move

That is quite a digression. I've read ahead in this thread, so I can confess that I've never really watched Mighty Ducks end-to-end . . . I mean, I've seen a number of scenes and basically stitched together the Bad News Bears of Hockey element starring Billy the Kid from Young Guns, which sounds like Youngblood which is ALSO a crappy hockey movie (even though it has Zezel, Stumpy and Joe Bowen in it).

But I also digress.

I hate to sound all intellectual but the book was so much better, especially in the original Greek. Homeresque, d’oh.

I don't know who you know who's had the vaccine.

I have yet to get it, but I have a few friends and family members here and in the US who have. They are all supposed to be good and effective. They are all tested somewhat, but obviously the really long-term effects of anything are, as yet, unknown.

The two friends I have who've had AZ both had wicked side effects for one day which laid them up in bed, but on day two they were fine again, and by day three had no lingering effects. The second AZ shot is supposed to kick your ass harder, but I don't know anyone who's fully vaccinated yet.

The other friends have had Pfizer and all have had a very minor go of it. Sore arm, a little tired - mostly okay.

Johnson & Johnson is the one-dose, so people like the idea of it, but I don't know anyone who has actually had it yet.

Based on the VERY little information I have, if you had a choice of Pfizer or Astra Zeneca, I'd take Pfizer. If you had the choice of only AZ, I'd take it rather than nothing.

Florida making trades. Let's go Dubas! I'm assuming he has a deal ready but is waiting close to the 12th for the cap space accumulation.

Up to you efficacy of Astra is about 74% vs 94 to 95% for the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. They are pushing the Astra because they had a huge batch they were stuck with (much lower demand) and it has a limited shelf life.

I had a sore arm from the Pfizer and get tired from phoning in my location to the government all day.

I don’t think the blood clotting is an issue at all. The numbers are tiny compared to what happens even without the vaccine. The higher rate of protection from Pfizer and Moderna are the biggest factors if you have a choice of getting any at the same time but putting off getting a shot to wait for one that provides more protection seems ....... counterproductive
