Another Vancouver Canucks player tested positive last night. That brings the total to 21 players, including the taxi squad players who have tested positive since the outbreak last week.

I hate scouting reports because they make every draft-eligible player seem like a star in the rough.

I am just glad to see some of the prospects with a bit of size. I am tired of watching this team lose 75% of board battles, the perimeter play and getting knocked over when someone skates passed them.
Also, the kid has stated he tries to play a bit like Tkachuk and Jamie Benn, nothing wrong with some of that in the system.

It will be interesting to see how the NHL deals with this mess.

He had a mature game. Not a lot of great skill at that time. Is quick and likes to get in on the forecheck.

This could be a blessing in disguise. Canucks resume play. Opposing team wants to avoid any close contact. Canucks win all remaining games and squeak into playoffs.

No need to over react one way or the other. It’s going to be 10-14 days from the time that they register their last case, which has to be in the next day or so. The guys who caught it early will already be feeling better. Sure, it will take them some time to get their legs back (especially with no practice time), but they will be playing games soon and they are professionals.

Sorry, he was ready to get traded at the deadline before but now, no way?

As Friedman said yesterday, some players might not want to come back this year. If I was in their shoes, I'd be thinking the same thing. I have a friend whose lungs aren't in great shape, and another very athletic guy who said it took him months to be able to fully exert himself again (felt like he couldn't take a full breath when running).

The outcome of this poop season where they aren't going to make the playoffs isn't worth the small chance of messing with their career.

Travis Green wouldn't play them anyways. No hitting allowed unless you're undersized and won't harm the other team

Buffalo New Jersey and Dallas have mentioned it as the after effects have caused issues for some of their players, who were hit by the virus.
