No idea, but they suck at their job.

Honestly seems like a confidence issue. They can snap the puck around and then once the powerplay starts they like to pass it around and skate around the outside waiting for the perfect play. Just start throwing pucks at the net and see what happens.

Every team puts their best out there in the PP and there’s nothing more predictable then gaming from an offensive zone draw that you get to decide which side it is taken from. At least on the start of the PP. I think coaching on special teams is huge, but I also don’t work in hockey so there’s that
