Getting rid of koivus will do that

near molson park, rosemont petite patrie. A pretty good spot and good price on paper for a 3 and a half

the only downside it's in a demi sous sol. I'v been dealing with this for 10 years. I'm kind of use to it but a balcony would have been nice. The park is really close so I think I will be fine anyway

it kind of suck looking for an appartment right now in mtl. Prices are high, there's some line ups and good places go fast. I was a bit lucky today I guess, first to visit.

I can now concentrate on looking for a new job

Won't happen. The Canucks Farm Team in Utica is shared with the St. Louis Blues. Only 14 are Canucks property, and the Team has been in Covid protocol until Monday (Apr 5). Factor in 7 days after arrival in Canada until anyone can play.
