Carol, just an FYI, there is only 1 game tonight, the Canucks were supposed to be the 2nd game.

Kole Lind may end up as the top centre when the Canucks resume play.

I doubt the NHL will make any decision on schedule, other than to defer/delay all the Canucks games for the next 7-10 days. Hard to see how they can finish the schedule before the second week of May, though.

If they do return to play in ~10 days or so, they will have been off for between three & four weeks and it will be even tougher for them to be competitive.

It’ll be interesting to see how many games the Canucks miss. I think it’ll be over 10 days for them to play again — this is a huge outbreak for a team.

Not sure how the NHL will run it. It’ll be interesting.

If the Canucks are forced to miss a chunk of games, maybe they’ll get passed on points in the standings? (Points percentage is a hypothetical concept and more akin to fortune telling, I’ve been told.)
