I remember being berated by Habs fans when I dared suggest that Josh Anderson's numbers were massively inflated by an unsustainably high S% and that he was due to regress hard.

After a hot start he has 2g3a in his last 17 games.

I like his hard-nosed style of play (something I'd like to see more from the Leafs) but that contract...

To me, in UFA, you have to either go for the rare, big ticket sure-thing (Tavares, etc.), or you look for the bargains and cap casualties at league minimum and max out your player contracts, roll the dice, and hope for a Spezza.

Those not-quite-star players that are due for raises, iike the Anderson's and David Clarkson's of the world will erode your ability to do anything and resign your younger players.

99 times out of 100, you are paying a UFA for prior performance, not future performance.

The reffing in this game is strange.

They don’t seem to want to call tripping penalties.

- Atomic Wedgie

Yeah, they've missed at least 10 calls on both sides.

If Leafs look to get a goalie it’ll have to be something of the kind you get for a 3rd/4th round pick. Reimer, Bernier, Rittich. Of this assumes Andersen goes on LTIR thus freeing up some cap room
- Turnitaround

Andersen eats up saved cap space by going on LTIR.

According to some complex math on Reddit, the Sabres have been mathematically eliminated from the playoffs.

I'd like to see Rittich come over, he seems like a likable guy who got ousted from the hot ticket Markstrom 🤔 He plays lights out against the Leafs maybe he'll play lights out for the Leafs if opportunity presented itself.

Watching Habs-Sens. It is my displeasure to report the unfortunate news that Greg Millen is still employed as an NHL analyst by SN.

Me too.

Talented enough to keep them relevant, but not good enough to put them over the top.

Brilliant 😍

Woll allowed 6 goals on 22 shots before getting pulled. This is our goalie of the future?

So Trump’s campaign donation system worked exactly the way you’d expect Trump’s campaign system to work and the people who got ripped off are exactly the kind of people you’d expect to get ripped off.

I guess we aren’t allowed to mention that Price gave up five goals against the Senators tonight?

Has Andersen been too busy as a goalie coach? Is that why he hasn't been playing?
