Looks like the "good" Flyers showed up tonight. Hopefully they can get a few past Sorokin. |

Crazy that us* the Islanders the rangers and caps potentially all have stud goalies . I think the Islanders kid has looked the best thus far, very early |

Except for the PP. Flyers opposition PK strategy. Just let Provorov and Giroux play catch. We never have to move but a few strides side to side. Occasionally they might send it over to Voracek. Just protect back door and they'll pass it back to Provorv. Giroux and Provorov will play catch again. Flyers will kill off their own penalty. |

They don’t look like total poop. But islanders still with the better chances besides the shot disparity. They still look like a disjointed bunch |

That's not accurate. Except for special teams. Flyers played a strong period 5 on 5. |

Hart actually made two really good saves...and no chance on the goal. |

He's daring AV to bench him. |

I know they are down, but this is a completely different team I am watching from most of last month. |

It’s disappointing. I’m a big Jake fan and he really became more defensively responsible last year under AV (same with JVR). But this year he’s struggling in all areas it seems. Just has been awful since coming back from Covid |

Nice to see the Canadian Giroux and the Russian Provorov playing a leisurely game of catch with the puck. Cold war is surely over.

They may be the weakest group I've seen. Cannot control anything in front of either net always pushed off the puck. |

They are playing better...problem remains puck control. This shots advantage tonight is a mirage...how many "testers"? |

I don't even blame the point guys. There has to be guys cutting into open areas or to the net. The Flyers net front guys just stand there hoping for the double tip.

There was a time I thought he could be better than G, huge body that could move and protected the puck well. He was great but |

Exactly, no motion from anywhere else. |
