Rangers win an important game and the kids contributed and are getting better. They can do both. Try to make the playoffs and develop the kids. How about that?

You can see glimpses of Lafs mean streak come out more, put on more weight in the off season and become that power forward

laff's ability to grow that beard at 19/20 is amazing

Kinda grew a goat at 22, wasn't until I was about 30 or so that it really came in. Haven't looked back.

First of all, this board is classic!!
Second, how nice is it to see the whole team laughing and goofing around like that at the end of a game?

Same here. I've only been without the goat for a handful of months in 25 years.

Any more than two goats constitutes a terrorist cell.
Older farmer friend has a cell, he named them Mahmoud, Mahmoud2, etc. They really do eat everything.

Sorry man, once the cheeks filled in there was no return.

I wouldn't even recognize myself.
Guy I worked with had a beard to his sternum. One day while shearing his sheep he sheared himself. His 4 year old son went outside, saw him, and ran back inside telling his wife that there was a stranger outside wearing daddy's clothes!

Boston is up by 5 with 2 games in hand, so effectively 9 points ahead of us. No way they go on a 5 game losing streak and us win out. Hell Boston plays buffalo 6 times and the devil's twice. Not happening

but the two games Boston has in hand are actually add on games after the season ends vs Washington because of Covid cancellations

Rangers last two games are vs the Bruins and we lead them in ROW

Hopefully we are still in a spot where if we beat the Bruins those games, we can root for Washington to help us

Not to mention, they have one scoring line and are down to their 4th string goalie.

Did I say we are a lock?
We are all aware of the difficulties and the odds, thank you very much.
People are nay-saying that even if we make it we will get smoked, so they won’t get any positive experience from it. My point is that the race to try and make it would be beneficial regardless of the outcome.

If I’m a team that could face the rangers, I’d be terrified. They’ve scored 9-8-8 goals on teams on the last 2 weeks. The nay sayers can suck each others hogs.

They have scored a few goals here and there and somewhat look dangerous on the rush and transition. But don't be fooled because remember, Quinn needs to be fired and the kids traded, Strome is trash and Panarin is the worst singing in Rangers history.
Never forget we need to trade Fox for Ghost.

Was really nice to see the kid line get it going a little bit. That shift they scored on showed what they’ll be able to do with some more seasoning

Yep. And while I’m not advocating for VK to be playing on the 4th line, he played well positionally and brought a little offensive threat to their play.
He shouldn’t come out of the line up very often.

They have been showing some flashes each game. Laf looks more and more comfortable. He just looks like a goofy kid having fun. Only to get better.
The team definitely looks more balanced for sure in their scoring. The backchecking is what gets me. The kids play defensively responsible for the most part, but the whole team is being responsible. Aside from late game who cares attitude leaving Shesty out to dry.
