They are the worst!
Had a T-1 issue with Verizon a few years ago. After almost 2 hours of playing along when I knew it was their issue with the customer breathing down my neck I told them I was hitting the can and put them on mute. Explained the situation to the customer and showed him how our equipment was fine then got back on the phone and continued to troubleshoot. Except I didn't do a damned thing they asked me to, only said I did. After another hour they said there must be an issue at their interface. I asked them if those red lights on the card could be an indication of an issue, which they said it was. I then asked why I had to bill the customer for 3 hours of OT when I told them that was the issue from the beginning. No answer.

Im still not sold on Chytil. If they can upgrade him with another young center Id be all for it.

Felt the same way, and still do for the most part.
Granted he's getting over injury and illness, but I don't think the coaches have any confidence in him taking faceoffs and neither do I. If he can improve over the summer and proves he is a bonafide center next season, I'm in. Otherwise cut our losses and move on.
