If AV starts making lineup decisions based on developing players or stroking egos instead of trying to win games then he should be fired. You can question his decisions this season and that’s fair because most haven’t worked out, but benching the kids worked last game and he is focused on winning.

If you are the HC and we are eliminated from the playoffs, then it is ok to see what you have and play younger players and prospects more.
