They must be sky high on him. I don’t get brining in anyone on their ELC right now with the way this season has been going. |

Vigneault gave a logical explanation, whether people want to hear it or not. Both from the biofeedback from the team's sports science department and his own observations on Monday, both Lindblom and Patrick are worn down physically right now. After tonight, the Flyers have two idle nights. It's a 72 hour reset, essentially. There was no morning skate today. Tomorrow's an off-day. Friday's a practice. Saturday's a game. They'll be back then.
With the Flyers currently carrying 3 goalies on the roster, in order to make everything work out roster limit and cap wise, they had to put Ghost on the Taxi Squad today. - bmeltzer
gotcha, thanks.

He may have made a demand for signing. Who knows. Unless something has changed. They could've signed him to an ATO so he can play with the Phantoms. Perhaps there is some rule for college players I'm not aware of. - MJL

No you haven't addressed it. It's been proven that you don't have to draft in the top 5 to get a star player. - MJL
Some just want to make it all about them. It could actually be their true intent of posting, attention. Maybe the real world does not give them what they need. They will later say "well I really drove the posts today on this board" or "everyone responds to me and what I say". I am sorry you are not as smart as me.
The less people pay attention the longer the posts will be, the bigger the words they will use. All in hope of getting the attention back. |

I doubt his side forced the issue. It’s too timely with the whole D debacle and waiving of Ghost. |

well if they think he is the solution for next season they can get him in AHL, that is could be a good situation. if he does well he could be on the big club next year or he could turn into a trade chip

I giggled about this one.
Do you mean on the Internet? Or logically? Because you are, after all, a lawyer whose profession rests on a burden of proof beyond reasonable doubt.
The almost and essentially were not verbal fig leafs. They were in the 90%+ probability range.
The gory thesis is laid on page 13, with almost lawyerly meticulousness, on middle of page (post at 5:20 PM) - PT21
okay and fair enough then. because 90 percent obviously doesnt mean all. thankfully i dont deal with the reasonable doubt standard. team preponderance of the evidence. although for what it's worth, while they dont let you speak of it in math terms, the prevailing notion is that 90 percent doesnt get you to beyond reasonable. (and before you hit me with the well thats why I said 90 plus, please do take all of this with a grain of salt. Im just playing around. I leave the locking of horns until merciful death by exhaustion to you professionals) |

Absolutely. How many times has he told us he has expertise in an area so we should listen to him. He is apparently not aware that true experts don't have to tell someone they're an expert. Then there is the ultimate statement that he made last year. Guys like him are important to act as a filter of information to relay to those who can't decide for themselves what is true or not.

Basically the one card Chuck has to play if no one is making trades right now I guess.
I’d rather he just see this team for what it is and sell. |

And there will be some who will make this diagnosis, and then guess what: respond to the poster and thus give him the attention he apparently seeks, and for added bonus, riddle their posts with innumerable elementary logical errors that would a 5th grader blush.
I am not saying who they are though. I tend to be a polite and very kind man. |

There is no meaningful selling that he can do in season. Probably not much in the off season either.

This is interesting. What is the numerical equivalent of beyond reasonable doubt in law then? My central thesis had a roughly 94% rate for top 5 superstar and 100% for top 10 superstar. Would the former qualify?
