It would have to be highway robbery for me to get on board with trading Nils. You know what's better than Adam Fox? Two Adam Foxes
Either of the guys you've mentioned would be good returns and I could get on board. Turcotte over Rossi, though. - Bean_Dip
Now that is a bold statement think Lundkvist will be another Adam Fox. I hope you are right.
Even if he is, you can't have the same style player at every position. Hence why trading from a position of strength sometimes yields rewards too.

See my comment above. I was being a bit dramatic. They play very different styles, but his shot is LEGIT. That typically translates well to the NHL, so I think we could see a lot of goals from the point.
I just watched a few highlight videos, looks like Nils can play the left side. I wonder if that's the plan...

the thing is, he doesn't need to play the left side next year, because Schneider wont be here yet anyway, and they have Reunanen, still probably have Hajek and Robertson and Jones along the way
Lundkvist fits perfectly next year as the 3rd pair man on the right side who plays PP2

Just opens up even more opportunities to keep both him and Schneider. I've thought all this time that he's a RD. From the looks of it, he definitely plays LD in Sweden. Probably to capitalize on his shot as much as possible. He can rip it, holy poop.

I am watching his highlights and you may be onto something there
Best part for me (other than the shot from Georgie!) was watching Lindgren. Ovi is still yapping away and Lindy is just repeating, "Shut up. Shut up." - Tonybere
That sh!t was funny. No idea what got Wilson so riled up. Dude has a super short fuse and doesn't know when to just stop. He can play on my team any time, though...until then... he can go fvck himself.

I figured you were. My tone would reflect that if I were in person. I wasn't being serious.

I imagine there will be many fans calling for the team to draft this guy:

Not sure if he will be as successful playing his off side in NHL. A lot less time to make plays, and being on his backhand will be difficult, especially making passes out of the d zone. His one timers are impressive though. It's like watching Panarin and Zib

defensive zone is the trouble, Hajek had some issues defending on his wrong side when he was playing with Bitetto
Really? I think they do a fine job of breaking out. Sometimes it takes a while, but they rarely make big mistakes leaving the zone. - Bean_Dip
Agreed. I think their transition play has improved greatly over the season. They were very irresponsible with the puck earlier in the season, but currently with the likes of Fox, Miller skating the puck out of the zone and Trouba using his head to pass, the transition has looked pretty good.
Rangers are skating at the unusual time of 3PM because they're traveling to Buffalo after practice and have to allow time for Flyers to clear out of hotel. Flyers play Sabres tonight.

Does Quinn see Blackwell & Di Giuseppe above Gauthier, Kravtsov, Lafrenière, Kakko? Blackwell has been getting PP2 time above 1st overall Lafrenière so i'm wondering the pecking order Quinn see for this team and what this does for development of our rookies.
